You can hide photos from your Photos view and move them to archive. This can help you organize your photos and hide any photo that you don’t want to find often. Any photos that you archive: Will still be in any albums that they were added to, search results, and folders on your device. Won’t be used to create highlight videos or animations.

Google News doesn't unfortunately support search filters such as date ranges. I recommend that you send your suggestions and comments to the Google News team from the Google News app under [your profile image] > Help and feedback > Send feedback, or from the news.google.com website by clicking Send feedback in the left sidebar.
You can save stories on Google News to read later. Important: This feature is only available if you're signed in to your Google Account. Save stories to read later. Go to Google News. Under a story you want to save, click More Save for later . Read stories you’ve saved. At the top, click Following. At the top, click Saved stories.
