Hastings is an unincorporated census-designated place and agricultural center in St. Johns County, Florida, United States, 18 miles (29 km) southwest of St. Augustine. It was formerly an incorporated town, but it was dissolved in 2018 after a vote by residents. The population was 1,262 at the 2020 census, up from 580 at the 2010 census.

SR 207 mainly goes through farming area. The Seminole Electric power plant, and the Georgia Pacific paper mill in Putnam County along the St. Johns River can be seen from the road. Much of the road includes crossings and trailheads for the Palatka-to-St. Augustine State Trail, including a trailhead on a former segment of the road in Elkton. [2]

State Road 206 (SR 206) is a 14.5-mile-long (23.3 km) 2-lane-wide, state highway completely within St. Johns County in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Florida. It extends from SR 207 south-southwest of Spuds to SR A1A in Crescent Beach, two blocks west of the Atlantic Ocean.
