From my personal experience they were able to give 51 semester hours off of my 51 credits in my JST, for a total of 102 points. I understand you can possibly go through Army Ignited, I didn't have the time-frame to do this, as I understand you have to take a class or two to get your transcript.

At my undergrad school, there is a 39 hour business core plus a 15-21 hour emphasis (marketing, HR management, etc.) required. Criminal justice is a 42 hour major, emergency management is a 51 hour major. When you tack those on to GE requirements, you're not left over with a ton of electives that you can use your JST to fill in the gaps.

If you’ve ever been enrolled in a college you can send them your JST transcript. If not then you can pay North Central Institute to evaluate your JST for college credits. I think it’s like 200 or 250. Easiest points are correspondence courses. Google the JKO script code and use that to knock out all the courses on JKO it’ll work on.

Edit: for comparison purposes, my current JST shows 76. It all depends on what type of degree it's going to. For what I got at that time, everything on my JST would only count towards electives, and you can only transfer in so many of those.

Army reservist and college student here. After completing DLC1 and receiving my certificate on Feb 17 I still have not had it update to my JST. I was planning on sending my updated JST to my school as after this semester I only need 3 hours to graduate, and hoped DLC1 would fill those hours.

You have to enroll in and submit the JST to an actual college, then request the official transcripts from the school. That being said, every school is different and will give different amounts of credits for the things on the JST. Some colleges require you to take a certain number of classes before awarding you the credits for your JST.
