Hinatazaka46 was originally scheduled to hold their first Tokyo Dome concert in December 2020 for their annual Hinakuri (ひなくり, short for "Hinatazaka Christmas") concert, but the concert was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Japan and finally held on March 30–31, 2022 to coincide with their third debut anniversary. It is the first single released after the departure of Miho Watanabe from the group, and Type-A and Type-B included a video recording of her "graduation" ceremony concert at the Tokyo International Forum on June 28, 2022, which was also the group's final concert with 22 members from three generations.
