Cant remember if rr changed their base stats at all but if not theyve still got a good base 101 speed tier with an alright 98 special attack. Seems bad at first especially with the subpar bulk but the free choice specs for their abilities make them insane revenge killers or even just straight up sweepers.
The tier list has been completely redone, now Pokemon Tier scales from F to S instead of previous 1-5 ranking. There are more nuances and subcatagories. The previous tier list took into account ease of access (Some pokemon were given higher ratings due to ability to obtain early game, or ability to evolve early) and this created ambiguity over ...
Relicanth is decently bulky with access to no recoil head smash + yawn, id at least put him in mid tier. Id drop ninjask to mid tier. I could see golisopod in solid or mid tier, I’d honestly need to use it more so I have no idea where I’d put it. I feel like putting it in mid tier might be safe for now then. I would move hitmontop up to mid ...

This is generally due to a combination of poor base stats, typing, ability, and movepool. In NU play, only Pokemon in the NU tier are ...
It definitely gets outclassed later on but having a 415 base stat pokemon with paralysis, a healing option, and either ancient power + Serene Grace or STAB Body Slam before Shelly is a valuable asset early on. Later on there are definitely pokemon that does it's job better, but Dunsparce is an unironically decent choice for how early you get it.

Various events are always occurring in each tier, and you may not have time to keep up with it all. However, the hubs will contain news articles about recent happenings in the tier, such as new projects or tournament winners, a list of resources on the forum, and links to the forum and analyses of that respective tier.

A-Tier. Reserved for Pokémon whose efficiency, in terms of completing the game, is considered to be very high. Pokémon in this tier are able to OHKO or 2HKO a lot of foes and are not very reliant on items to succeed, but they either have some visible flaws that hurt their efficiency or have their usefulness counterbalanced by a late arrival.
