Three 8-Ohm speakers parallel yields a 3.2 Ohm load compared to the 4 Ohm load of two 8-Ohm speakers. Connecting a second 4-Ohm extension cabinet is "flirting" with danger, but using anything more than a 16-Ohm load speaker setup (like three 8-Ohm speakers wired in series) is more likely to damage the amp.
Whatever Mouser pointed me to first out of the 53 caps they carry that are 22µF and 450vdc. Now maybe those last 3 manufacturers are conservative with their specs, but F&T claims similar or much lower leakage current and similar (or lower) ESR. That leaves quality measurably on-par with good-quality caps.

Had this thing for a couple weeks now and have done some tube swapping, so I thought I'd share my opinions and observations on the MonoPrice Stage Right 5W 8" combo amp, which can usually be found for about $100 USD. This is essentially the same amp as the Laney Cub 8, with a few minor changes. Scroll down for photos.
First amp: Ampeg BA115 (bass amp) - Keeps blowing its fuse immediately after power is turned on. Second one: Crate FXT65 - Plays and has radio interference, but mainly none of the DSP functions work. Third one: Peavey Solo Series Special 112 - Power LED comes on, but that's it. No sound, nothing.
The VC50 has four EL84s and the VC20 has two. The gain from both are surprising and with both having a master volume as well, they are pretty good for home/practice amps although the VC50 can hang in a club setting and easily match your drummer. In fact, the harder and louder you push the VC50, the better it sounds.

Look at a powered PA speaker - the Line6 L2T has a built-in 2ch mixer and delivers acoustic guitar tones extremely well, with it's tweeter it will be well set to deliver the subtitles of a nylon string guitar.
