DPCC is not under NGT. Editor or creator may had wrongly perceived the news article of The Hindu. In the article, it was only written that NGT may transfer the power of DPCC back to the CPCB which had originally delegated the power to the former. DPCC in no way works for NGT or is under it or related to it any way.
