The University of Baguio offers 21 undergraduate programs, 12 graduate programs, and 10 short-term programs across 11 colleges; a Preparatory High School; Science High School; and a Grade School. In 2009, the university created a master development plan for Baguio's historic and main park, Burnham Park and donated it to the city local government. The University of Baguio Science High School (UBSHS) is a private, nonsectarian science high school.It is the science department of the University of Baguio and was founded in 1963, predating the Philippine Science High School which was established in 1964.
