If the 2024–25 Welsh Cup winners finish in the top two, the 2nd-placed team will qualify automatically for the Conference League and the spot will be vacated. If the Welsh Cup winners finish in 3rd to 7th place, that spot will be vacated; the 2nd/3rd-placed team will receive a bye to the play-off final.
