Lake Nocona is classified as the fourth-best bass fishing lake in Texas. [1] There is standing timber uplake and in Farmers Creek. Although amounts vary, this lake usually has around 100 acres (40 ha) of milfoil and 25 acres (10 ha) of floating pondweed, as well as many boat houses. These features furnish excellent cover for fish.

Brady Creek Reservoir is a reservoir on Brady Creek in McCulloch County, Texas in the United States. The lake is about 3 miles west of downtown Brady, Texas. The dam and lake are managed by the City of Brady. The reservoir was officially impounded in 1963. The reservoir is also sometimes called Brady Reservoir or Brady Lake.
The lake was constructed by the city of Arlington in 1956, and was finished on March 31, 1957. [6] It opened for fishing the following March on March 1, 1958. [7] In 1983, the lake came under scrutiny from residents of Fort Worth due to a large amount of dumping being performed into the lake. [8]
The huge lake is bounded by Starr and Zapata Counties on the Texas side of the international border and the municipality and city of Nueva Ciudad Guerrero on the Tamaulipas side. The reservoir was formed by the construction of the Falcon Dam to provide water conservation , irrigation , flood control , and hydroelectricity to the area.

Amistad Reservoir (Spanish: Presa Amistad) is a reservoir on the Rio Grande at its confluence with the Devils River 12 miles (19 km) northwest of Del Rio, Texas.The lake is bounded by Val Verde County on the United States side of the international border and by the state of Coahuila on the Mexican side of the border; the American shoreline forms the Amistad National Recreation Area.
The reservoir's capacity is 3,997,600 acre-feet (4.9310 × 10 9 m 3), and is the largest lake wholly within the state of Texas. It is the ninth largest reservoir in the United States. It is the ninth largest reservoir in the United States.
