Sa Pa (listen ⓘ, also written as Sapa) is a district-level town of Lào Cai Province in the Northwest region of Vietnam.The town has an area of 685 km 2 (264 sq mi) and a population of 70,663 in 2022.

In 1900, Kampong Glam Malay Branch School merged with Kampong Glam Malay School and moved to Syed Alwi Road near the Victoria Bridge, so the school was renamed Victoria Bridge School. At the time, it was a feeder school for secondary schools, including Raffles Institution , then the only government secondary school in Singapore.
In October 2022 during the 2022 state election, Andrews announced funding for a further 25 new state schools that would be built in Victoria by 2026, with 90 schools upgraded or expanded, at a cost of $1.6 billion.
