Terminal 7 was designed by GMW Architects [129] and built for British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) and Air Canada in 1970. Terminal 7 departures level as of May 2023. Prior to 2022, the terminal was operated by British Airways, and was also the only airport terminal operated on US soil by a foreign carrier.
