Snart and Mick Rory attempt to kill The Flash but fail, though the Flash is revealed to the world. He extorts the Flash's identity from Cisco and later becomes leader of his crew which Barry dubs the "Rogues". Barry later asks Snart to assist the transport of metahumans from Central City to Lian Yu, for which Snart wants his criminal record erased.
