This template always performs a whole-phrase search. There is no need to use quotation marks in the parameter. For example a search for "phenom" AND "lecture", with the templates Search link and regexp having the weighting score of the pages they are on multiplied by 1.5 and 2.25 respectively, ignoring all other templates (halting the addition of any score for any other template): phenom lecture boost-templates:"Template:search link|150% tlusage|225%"
