Orochimaru (大蛇丸) is a fictional character from Naruto, a manga series created by Masashi Kishimoto.Orochimaru is a former ninja from the village of Konohagakure who is well known for work in wars which earned him the title of Sannin and becomes a terrorist as a means to cheat death, and built his own ninja village Otogakure.

Naruto agrees to the bet, and leaves to start training. Tsunade meets Jiraiya for drinks, where he tells her that he is aware Orochimaru has offered her something. Jiraiya makes it clear that he will kill her if she helps Orochimaru. Meanwhile, Naruto continues to train to master the perfect Rasengan, intent on winning the bet with Tsunade.
While Naruto's team continues their search for Sasuke, Sasuke meets Itachi in a cave, fights an illusion, and is told to come to the Uchiha hideout. On their way, Sasuke's team is intercepted by a shadow clone of Naruto, which Sasuke easily dispatches. The real Naruto quickly sends his team after Sasuke, but they are stopped by Tobi.
