Satake started fighting as a sumo wrestler, then he joined the Kodokan dojo academy and competed in judo and jujutsu for Kanō Jigorō, the founder of judo, and for the Kodokan institute. Robert Kazuo Tanaka Jr. (born January 11, 2000) is a Paralympic judoka and represented Team USA in the 2020 Tokyo Summer Paralympic Games. Tanaka is a 2020 IBSA Pan American bronze medalist and finished top 5 in both the 2018 IBSA World Games (Lisbon, Portugal) and the 2019 IBSA World Games (Fort Wayne, Indiana).
After retiring from competitions, Seisenbacher worked as a judo coach, in Austria, Georgia (2010–2012), and Azerbaijan (2012–2013). Under his guidance, the Georgian team won 2 gold, 3 silver, and 4 bronze medals at European championships, one bronze medal at world championships, and an Olympic gold medal in 2012.
