Marlton is a census-designated place [10] (CDP) located within Evesham Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. [11] [12] [13] As of the 2020 United States census, the CDP had a population of 10,594 residents, [3] reflecting a 4.5% increase from the 10,133 enumerated at the 2010 U.S. Census, [14] in turn a 1.2% decrease from the 10,260 counted in the 2000 census.

The Roller Coaster Yard Sale, sometimes referred to as the Roller Coaster Fair, is an outdoor second-hand sale held annually for three days beginning the first Thursday in October. It takes place along several U.S. and state routes in southern Kentucky and northern middle Tennessee .
For years after the construction of the one-lane Marlton Circle in the 1940s, the area was a sparsely populated farming town. [2] While the roads in the area had long been lightly traveled, the population of Evesham Township had doubled since the 1970s and the increased housing and commercial density placed greater traffic stress on the Marlton Circle. [3]
The road passes through urban areas of businesses and industry, crossing the intersection with State Street/Marlton Pike and becoming lined with businesses. CR 537 comes to the intersections of Westfield Avenue ( CR 610 ) and 27th Street ( CR 609 ) as it heads into more residential areas, intersecting with 36th Street ( CR 611 ).
