Embry Jerode Kidd (born 1983) [1] is an American lawyer who has served as a United States magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida since 2019. He is a designate to serve as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

From 2001 until his appointment as an Associate Justice, he was appointed specially by various Chief Justices to preside over more than 250 cases in more than 40 Alabama counties.
