I believe this one was the Premium cab trim where Ford unashamedly raided the Lincoln parts bin to create arguably the most luxurious truck interior for its day.

If i remember correctly with the truck off and the valve pushed in there is a certain rate of leakdown to when it reaches 60 psi and then it pops out and then the brakes are set.Same as if when it is started and no air in the system gotta rev it up so the compressor gets above 60 psi and then the buzzer shuts off and thats the bare minimum psi ...
