With eCCLIX, an Internet-ready PC and printer, registered users can now view or print any online document right in their own home or office.
Records. The Franklin County Clerk’s office has deeds and mortgage records dating back to 1795. Indexing for liens/encumbrances start in January of 1981. We also have wills indexed back to 1795. Records maintained in this office also include: Power of Attorney; Fixture Filings; Marriage Licenses

These have all improvements such as additions, garages, multiple dwellings (duplexes, apartments, condos), pools and manufactured home placements
