The Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature (MPL), previously known as the Eastern Transvaal Legislature, is the primary legislative body of the South African province of Mpumalanga. [ 2 ] The First Legislature was inaugurated in May 1994 as the Eastern Transvaal Legislature.
