The Tower at City Place (formerly known as Trump Tower) is a 35-story condominium located at 10 City Place in the city of White Plains in Westchester County, New York. [1] The building was designed by Costas Kondylis and Partners. [2] It was completed in 2005, and it opened on September 21 of that year with 212 residences and 3 commercial spaces.
It features two 35-story apartment and condominium towers, known as The Tower at City Place, 600,000-square-foot (60,000 m 2) of retail, restaurants, entertainment space and parking facilities. It also includes the White Plains Performing Arts Center.
The Amalgamated Co-op was the first housing complex in the United States founded under limited equity rules—a model that would ultimately be used to develop more than 40,000 units of affordable, owner-occupied and self-governing apartment co-ops in Greater New York. [1]

Cooperative Village is a community of housing cooperatives on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York City. The cooperatives are centered on Grand Street in an area south of the entrance ramp to the Williamsburg Bridge and west of the FDR Drive. Combined, the four cooperatives have 4,500 apartments in twelve buildings.
