One day, an evil witch named Gruntilda, who also lives on Spiral Mountain, asks her sentient cauldron, Dingpot, who the prettiest girl on the mountain is, to which Dingpot reveals that it is Tooty who is the prettiest, to Gruntilda's frustration and jealousy.
