    The answer is yes. As already mentioned, do a drive image backup before you begin. I suggest you download the in 10 22h2 iso file using MCT . MCT now only work under Win 10 or 11. On Win 7 use 7Zip to extract all files and folders from the Win 10 iso file to ta folder. Then, under Windows 7 just run setup.exe.
