    I have been using Google Maps in 3D since it started sucessfully. Recently the info bar at the bottom of the page along with the credits say' 3D Earthview not available.' Otherwise 2D functions work normally including street view.

    Reset Google Chrome; Disable all browser extensions. Enable cookies & browsing history. Open Google Maps. Click on layer & check the option box "Globe view". Close the browser. Open the browser again, open Google Maps & check whether the setting remains persistent.
