North Central High School is a four-year comprehensive high school encompassing 190 acres of land on the northern edge of Indianapolis. We have an enrollment of 3,750 students representing 45 different nationalities, speaking 50 different native languages.

All students have an alphabetically assigned counselor by grade level who stays with them all four years of high school. Counseling programs are generally divided into three areas: academic planning, career and post-secondary planning, and student support services.
The Learning Center is an academic support center open to all North Central High School students. Hundreds of students work in the Learning Center daily and take part in tutoring sessions. The Learning Center and After School Learning Center have tutors in English, Science, Math and Social Studies, across all levels.
