Microsoft 365 doesn't have traditional clip art anymore, but as a subscriber you get several new kinds of high quality art in its place for free: high-resolution photographs, icons, cutout people, stickers, illustrations, and cartoon people.
You can create alternative text (Alt text) for shapes, pictures, charts, SmartArt graphics, or other objects in your Microsoft 365 documents. Alt text helps people with visual disabilities understand pictures and other graphical content.
To find clip art (cartoon-like images) using Bing Image search, add the word “clip art” to your search term. For example, border clip art or flower clip art. (These examples are already filtered to images in Bing’s Free to modify, share, and use commercially category, which is the most permissive.)
To align a picture, select Picture Format or Picture Tools > Format. To align a shape, text box, or WordArt, select Shape Format or Drawing Tools > Format. In the Arrange group, select Align. Important: If Align is unavailable, the Wrap Text option might to be set to In Line with Text.
