Hi there, I was wondering how I could replicate this glowing transparent neon effect on decals. It appears to be a transparent decal however it has the properties of the neon material I’ve tried many ways to somehow create it using lights (clearly not lights as the effect can be seen from very far away) and making the decal transparent but nothing has worked so far.
I have a high resolution image (3840 x 2160) which I’ll be using in-game: My problem is, when uploaded to Roblox, the image loses a significant amount of quality: I am using ScaleType ‘Fit’ so the image size maintains the same proportions. I understand Roblox have limitations when it comes to uploading Decals, but… How can I upload this image without it blurring significantly or at all?

When uploading a decal to Roblox, images that are low resolution are upscaled, making the image blurry. To reproduce this issue, get any image under 1024x1024 and upload it as a decal.
