    Thank you Greg for your response. Yes I have also tried rolling back my Nvidia GeForce driver to an older version and it does the same, meaning that the GeForce Control panel will recognize that my selected display resolution of 5120 x 1440 is the native resolution however Windows 11 does not as Windows 11 believes 2560 x 1440 is the native resolution.

    I just purchased Phillips 28" 4K monitors. Windows 11 recognizes the monitors, but only offers a 1980 x 1080, 2048 x 1152 (1152 x 2048 portrait) resolution for them. Their recommended resolution is 3840 x 2160, but that resolution does nor show up in Display Settings, UPDATE: I am on an HP-Envy computer, and I was using a "Pluggable Hub".

When I turned my computer on this morning the display looked fuzzy, so I went to display settings and noticed there was another option for 3840 x 2160 resolution and clicked on it to see if that would help - and it did!
