Azrinaz Mazhar binti Hakim Mazhar (born 23 September 1979), formerly Pengiran Isteri (Princess Consort) Azrinaz Mazhar, is the Malaysian-born and previously the third wife of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, the Sultan of Brunei. She is the second child of Hakim Mazhar bin Mohammad Johar and Fauziah binti Abdullah Mansoor.
Mariam became the second wife of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah in a secret ceremony on 28 October 1981.
