    A trapezoid can be both scalene and right-angled, and one which has a base equal in length to a leg would not be scalene. I haven't heard of any other definition, but if anyone else has, then please post a ref here. I can see why there is confusion, because it is possible to draw a trapezoid that is neither scalene nor isosceles.
