Knockholt railway station is on the South Eastern Main Line, located in the London Borough of Bromley, Greater London. It is 16 miles 44 chains (26.6 km) down the line from London Charing Cross and is situated between Chelsfield and Dunton Green stations.

It is 20 miles 46 chains (33.1 km) down the line from London Charing Cross and is situated between Knockholt and Sevenoaks stations. Trains calling at the station are operated by Southeastern.

In 1969, after a local campaign, the village of Knockholt was removed from the borough and transferred to the neighbouring Sevenoaks Rural District; before 1965, it had been part of the Orpington Urban District. Knockholt railway station however remains in Orpington. [15]
