The UCLA School of Nursing is a nursing school affiliated with UCLA, and is located in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.The school is housed in the Doris and Louis Factor Health Sciences Building, known as the Factor Building, on the south end of UCLA's 400-plus-acre campus, adjacent to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

Linda Sarna is an American nursing researcher and academic. She is dean, professor and Lulu Wolf Hassenplug Chair of the UCLA School of Nursing.Sarna was appointed the school's seventh dean Nov. 15, 2016, [1] after serving as acting dean (2014–2015) and interim dean (2015–2016).
Courtney Lyder was born in Trinidad and Tobago before immigrating to the United States. [1]Lyder received his Bachelor of Arts from Beloit College.He attended Rush University nursing school, one of only five males in a class of two hundred, [2] where he received his Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Rheba de Tornyay (April 17, 1926 - September 27, 2013) was a nurse.She was named in the Living Legends of the American Academy of Nursing in 1995. [1]She was a pioneering dean who in 1984 took the University of Washington’s School of Nursing to a No. 1 U.S. News & World Report ranking, where it has stayed ever since.
