Steele Canyon Charter High School is a public charter high school in Spring Valley, San Diego County, California, United States. Opened in 2000, the school serves students in grades nine through twelve. It has operated as a California charter school since July 1, 2007. Steele Canyon's main rival is Valhalla High School.

Canyon Crest Academy (CCA) is a public high school in San Diego, California. Founded in 2004, the school is part of San Dieguito Union High School District and is located in Pacific Highlands Ranch (often considered part of Carmel Valley ), a residential suburb neighborhood of San Diego.
The district is well regarded for its high standardized test scores. In 2006, the district scored 939 on the Academic Performance Index, higher than any other district in San Diego County. This top-ranking was repeated in 2007. Individually, Sage Canyon School has posted the highest Base APIs scores in the County from 2004 to 2008.
