I talked to customer service at straight talk. They told me that if the verizon phone has a sim card slot (for LTE) it cannot be used with them. Only verizon phones lacking the sim card slot for LTE can be ported to them. They can port GSM phones with no problem.

The Verizon note 3 is factory unlocked. To use it on straight talk you need the sim card starter kit. From there you have 2 options. 1: Use the AT&T sim, edit the apn settings and use att towers. 2: Use the Verizon sim and the cdma activation code. Hope this helps.

(Multiple online 'unlockers' say they don't have an unlock code for it.) Pagepluscellular won't return my customer service emails. (Verizon won't help because I didn't purchase it from them.) This all started because PagePlusCellular stated they wouldn't activate my old Galaxy 3 due to 'system upgrades' with Verizon.

Mar 9, 2015. #3. If the phone is unlocked, yes you can. You will need to buy a Straight Talk BYOP (Bring Your Own Phone) Kit. If the Galaxy is a GSM phone you will use the sim cards in the kit and you can switch in that way to Straight Talk but you will most likely not be on Verizon towers, but rather AT&T or T-Mobile depending on the region in ...

Feb 5, 2021. #1. I am having trouble getting a Moto G Power 2021 version connected with Red Pocket (Verizon). My old service was a Moto G4, no SIM card, with Total Wireless (don't get me started about them). I wonder if part of the problem is because I switched devices as well as carriers. I entered SIM card ID and device ID on website and ...
