Hey, I am using Windows 11 22H2 build 22621. I am using a Dell Vostro 5402. The iCloud drive is reaching 100% CPU usage, averaging 80% CPU usage. Someone needs to calm down this iCloud drive Process, it's not the only program that runs on my pc. In addition, the sync is so slow for the CPU usage it takes, it must be instantaneous syncing.

I recently updated Windows 10 to Windows 11 22h2 and now I have a problem with Icloud. If I navigate through the folders with File Explorer using the left column everything works fine. If I navigate between folders with the main window I have to wait 8/10 seconds to open one. The same time it takes to open a simple text file of a few kilobytes.
Unisntall icloud for windows. Wait until fully uninstalled (all files removed). Reboot. Reinstall icloud for windows and set it up but don't setup drive yet. Make sure the keychain functionality is active and working in iCloud. Reboot. Setup icloud drive. It starting working and syncing again after this.
