After Daisy died, the property was divided and changed hands several times before Charles Romito purchased the mansion and what property was near it for $1 million in 1980. Austin is the media hog for Texas, so it would technically be the opposite of Sacramento's situation. Austin gets more media coverage than San Antonio, a little bit less than Dallas and about the same as Houston. Our most underrated city would probably be either El Paso, Corpus Christi, or Fort Worth.
Perhaps look into places like Lockport(city and town), Lewiston, Youngstown, Wheatfield, town of Niagara, North Tonawanda and northern parts of towns like Tonawanda and Amherst, among some others.
