Mohibbullah Nadvi was born on January 1, 1976, [7] [8] to Mohammad Ali in Razanagar village, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, to a Muslim family of Mohammad Ali. [4] [9]He received his Quranic education, or Hifz, in Rampur before continuing his studies at a madrasa in Sambhal.
