Are you able to locate the COM Port drivers in Device Manager? What is the make and model of the computer? You can try to manually add the legacy hardware for COM port and see if that helps. First install the latest chipset driver from AMD. Then go to Device Manager, right click on the device, choose Update Driver on the device, Browse my computer for driver software, choose this folder: c:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\Chipset_IODrivers\PSP Driver\ It fixed my missing driver for me, now it says: AMD PSP 11.0 Device, under Security devices.
