1000 North Water Street is a 16-story 296-foot-tall (90 m) post-modern high-rise office building in Milwaukee, in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.It is the twelfth-tallest building in Milwaukee, and was completed in 1991, right at the tail end of a construction boom in Milwaukee that started in the late 1980s, and included 100 East Wisconsin, Northwestern Mutual Tower, and the Milwaukee Center.
The tower made an appearance on the NASCAR Busch Series race car of Mike Bliss in 2004. To celebrate Rockwell Automation and Allen-Bradley's 100-year association, the #20 Rockwell Automation car was painted black with gold accents, along with the Rockwell/Allen-Bradley 100 Years symbol on the hood and quarter panels.

The four-lane North Water Street skirts the Milwaukee Riverwalk and is the major north–south thoroughfare running through downtown Milwaukee. To the north, the street ends just past the E. Brady Street curve when it intersects N. Humboldt Ave and becomes E. Kane Place.
