Yeah I saw it was moved to p-personal. I'll try to work on the peer CSS soon. I believe dark-mode-toggle needs a peer gadget to reserve the space for the "Dark mode" text and dark-mode.css would reserve the space for "Light mode". That should work I think. I'll test it out on Test Wikipedia first.
