Rabigh 2 IPP (R2IPP) is a combined cycle power station project under construction on the western coast of Saudi Arabia, 150 km (93 mi) north of Jeddah. R2IPP will have an installed electrical generating capacity of 2,060 megawatts to supply Makkah Province with electric power .
Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) is a Saudi Arabia–based company which produces and markets refined hydrocarbon and petrochemicals. It was founded in 2005 as a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Japan’s Sumitomo Chemical , and is now publicly held and traded on the Saudi Stock Exchange (TADAWUL:2380).

The Rabigh Dam is a gravity dam on Wadi Rabigh about 35 km (22 mi) east of Rabigh in Makkah Province of western Saudi Arabia. The dam has many purposes to include flood control, municipal water supply and groundwater recharge. Water from the dam's reservoir is treated before being supplied to Rabigh. The dam was constructed between 2003 and 2008.
