Agriculture Training Institute (Bengali: কৃষি প্রশিক্ষন ইনষ্টিটিউট) is a combined government technical college in Noakhali, a city in Bangladesh. It was established in 1947. It is situated in Chowrasta, Begumganj Upazila, Noakhali. This is an Agricultural Diploma institute.
The government Department of Agriculture accepted responsibility for agricultural training at the college from 1973. A significant addition to the academic courses given in this period was a diploma in cellar technology, making the college, since 1976, a major training institution for South African winemakers.
The institute was established by the government of Uganda in 1920, as a cotton research centre. Over the years, through mergers with other institutions, the centre was transformed into a comprehensive agricultural research and training institute. In 1952, BATI began offering a two-year certificate course and a diploma course was introduced in 1960.
