In 1974, after the TBE deemed the name "Vocational School" became too demeaning, the school was renamed to Parkview Secondary School. Girls were admitted to the institution. [5] Sometime after 1985, Parkview became the City Adult Learning Centre. In 1998, the TBE had ceased to exist and was merged into the new Toronto District School Board.
Warden Woods Mall or Warden Power Centre (1981–2005) at Warden Avenue north of St. Clair Avenue East near Warden station, Scarborough [12] was a full mall with three anchor stores (The Bay, Simpson's and a Knob Hill Farms grocery store) and later as clearance centre. It has since been demolished and replaced with townhouses.
In 2010, the school was renamed to the Overflow Centre and moved to the Terraview Learning Centre building in the Pharmacy Avenue/401 area. As of 2014, it then adopted the present name.
