Caitlyn Molly Wurzburger (born July 26, 2001) is an American lacrosse player. She became the country's all-time top scorer in high school at the American Heritage School in Delray Beach, Florida, and was the top-ranked recruit of the class of 2020. She played college lacrosse for the North Carolina Tar Heels, where she won the 2022 NCAA tournament.
