The Eko Hospital is a private hospital located at Ikeja with annex in Ikoyi, Central Lagos, Surulere, Lagos State Nigeria. [1] This hospital was established in 1982 to succeed Mercy Specialist Clinic, a clinic that operated in the late 1970s to provide health care services to the entire people of Lagos State, Nigeria.

First Consultant Hospital (also known as First Consultant Medical Centre) is a private hospital in Lagos. It is located on St. Gregory's College Road in Obalende , a neighborhood of Lagos Island , in Lagos.
The hospital was established in 1955 from a small cottage health centre by the Old western region. The hospital was later redesigned entirely post independence by Onafowokan Michael Olutusen in the year 1972, it was named Ikeja general hospital. It has produced 15 sets of medical graduates comprising 846 students. The 50-student quota for intake at inception increased to 100 in 2013. As of 2023, the LASUCOM has graduated and inducted into their respective professional fields, 16 sets of Medical Doctors, 6 sets of Dental Surgeons and 3 sets of Nursing Science students.
