Roger Rose is an American actor, known for such films as Ski Patrol [1] and for voice work in animated films and television series such as Happy Feet, Rugrats, Scooby-Doo, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, and Quack Pack. He is also an occasional announcer.
