After the success of Kiss of Life's previous single "Midas Touch" from the single album of the same name, on June 21, 2024, it was announced that the group would be making a summer comeback with the digital single "Sticky" on July 1 later that year. [1] On June 24, a teaser featuring a portion of the song was released. [2]
The music video premiered on March 19, 2021. It was directed by Angela Kohler and was filmed in Los Angeles. [7] The music video shows colorful visual with each band member trying to get themselves out of peculiar situations with commonly sticky objects such as honey, glue, lollipops, rubber bands and tape.
