[1] The theater has a seating capacity of 2,358 people, with the seating area covering an area of 2,150 square meters (23,100 sq ft). The performing area of Aliw Theater has a width of 27 meters (89 ft) and a height of 1.32 meters (4.3 ft). [8]

This art deco building designed by Andrés Luna de San Pedro also housed the Manila Stock Exchange and was the Philippines' first air-conditioned building inaugurated on June 1, 1932.
