In 1989, Fr. Eugene moved to Abu Dhabi and became the parish priest of St. Joseph's Cathedral. [6] He served in Abu Dhabi for 17 years before being appointed the parish priest of St. Francis of Assisi Jebel Ali on 2 February 2006. Since 2016, Fr.
